| I am a professor doing research related to heat and fluid flow through porous media and biological systems. In recent years I have worked on modelling retinal laser surgery, drug delivery to various human organs and transport in bi-disperse porous media. I have also contributed to the research literature on modelling non-Fourier heat transfer in bio-tissues, tumour ablation using lasers, micro-lithography processes, hydrodynamics and convection in porous media, transport in tree-structures and thermal management of electronics using phase change materials.
Here is a list of my current research publications and their topic-wise segregation. I also write extensively in Tamil – my mother-tongue – on Science, Carnatic Music and Literature.
